Well, besides counting towards the Nook Miles task, sort of? One meteor shower I had, I did it about 20 times and I ended up finding like 15 fragments the next day.

yea there's a cap on how many will spawn on your beach the next day. idk if the rest will spawn the following day?? i havent reached the cap so i am unsure

I hit A 37 times today on someone else's island. Not sure if it'll work, but I'm hoping for a good amount of fragments when I wake up.

That would be pretty funny. Or the other option being there are so many fragments that I cant walk through the beach. xD

I snagged a recipe from a balloon for a bamboo wand, on top of the card Celeste gave me. Perhaps I'll make both.

They may be sporadic, but if Celeste shows up in your town, then there will be a meteor shower. I'd say I saw 30-ish in 5 minutes.

Yeah, I think they have a maximum stack of 30.

Bizarre, could have sworn I saw a stack of 12 in my storage. Might have remembered incorrectly, my bad.

Should I feel a bit cheated given I wished on at least 200 stars last night? I dont know if it take multiple days to get all the fragments. If something happens I'll post it here.

I had shooting stars a few nights ago, I wished on 37 stars. The next morning I got 16 star fragments and 4 aries fragments. After I picked up the first batch on the beach, a few more spawned after that, but nothing the next day or anything like that.
It's exciting that you got a Large star fragment!
Also I agree that star fragments stack up to 10.
