Buying Shiny Pokemon

I'm looking to buy a team of battle ready shiny pokemon I don't mind them being hacked. The Pokemon I need are

Raichu
Mimikyu
Charizard
Sylveon (non-shiny)
Bewear
Lunala
I can pay all the bells in my sidebar.

Also if anyone knows if you can get banned from having a ash Pikachu I'd be grateful if you could tell me and if you can have an ash Pikachu I'm looking for that too Thanks!

Just to let you know, Lunala is shiny locked and there has been none distributed via events anywhere, so it will be unable to be traded online as any found will be hacked for certain.
