Are shiny pokemon easy to get from Platinum ? More Easy then the diamond-pearl pokemon way ?

Getting Shiny legendaries is a bit more complicated.

Yes, but when you combine with the Pokeradar, and chain (Constantly battle a pokemon over and over.) a pokemon, then you see a shiny most of the time during that chain..

I tried chaining for a shiny Ditto countless times in Diamond. I never did get one...=(

thats what i was going to guess lol, i really want a shiny! and how do you get shiny legendaries, i am guessing it is luck unless you hack the pokemon if you can do that.
