Not sure what the ivs are for it, took it to Kiloude city to get it rated and apparently it's above average, with HP being it's highest potential. Nature is sturdy and it's male. I caught it as an Onix back in Soul Silver

Ivs are pretty decent. Great attack, great HP, Sp def and def equally the same and attack and speed are the same. Sorry, not too familiar with ivs ^^" Nature is serious and it is male.

As far as IVs, when the guy says a stat "can't be beat!" that means it's a perfect 31, and that's usually what people are interested in when asking for the IVs: which IVs are perfect.
