The Event Pok?ball one that was recently released in France. I'm around 95% positive any Shiny Pok?ball ones will be hacked, since I *think* it's shiny locked :/

If you don't care about that kinda thing that's cool. I mean hacked pokemon. Some people don't care. I have friends who powersave all their pokemon shiny, I don't mind.

But you can't trade hacked shinys from events or the such. My friend tried to give me his hacked shiny celebi and it wouldn't trade.

That's because online trade and filters. If you're IRL friends, then you can just use local wireless ^^

I'm assuming that Nintendo had a bad filter. I remember seeing shiny Xerneas/Yveltal/Zygarde on the GTS even though they're shiny locked.

They are recolors, they look like shiny ones but the are normal ones, same with the pokeball vivillons on the GTS

because the filter looks at the as normal ones, let's say the recolor is of a Meadow one, the game will see it as a Meadow one.

I'm not expert on the topic really, thats what I know, but more likely yes.
