I was too lazy to SR for one in my game because of the cutscene and blah blah blah, but yea xD I'm looking for a shiny Kyogre.

As for Rayquaza and Deoxys, I just want them to be shiny and NA :3

iv's don't matter at all as I don't give a s*** about them. I would prefer if it was NA though.

I'm just hoping that I can buy one that doesn't have too high of a level :3
