I don't think they allow buying threads though, but you can look for the villagers you want (or make a trading thread! i.e. you're offering this villager, looking for another)

oh and actually could I possibly get the scizor as well? ; o ; I can add if 10mil isnt enough!

also when we trade in acnl, can you just put 10 items in retail for 999,999 each? saves us the trouble of dropping and keeping track of bells lol

edit/ oop sorry didnt read carefully, idk if they allow pokemons for villagers, but you could try there nonetheless? all the trades regarding villagers go there so you never know lol

They're the forum bells haha.
You can use them on here to go to the TBT Marketplace and buy stuff like hybrids, collectibles, shinies, or even trade your TBT for in game bells.
There's also a shop on the forums where you can spend your TBT on some collectibles and things such as extra avatar length or adding an extra pic to your sig etc.
If you do not want i can get you the 12 mil in game

I have lots of them, even one I breed myself =), but they arent perfect XP, well mine is missing Spe D:, are you looking to evolve him into a special eeveeolution? I have a couple eevolutioned already
