Buying Shiny Eevee

I would like to purchase a shiny Eevee or two (No nicknames!!!)
As you can see I have hardly any TBT bells but if you have a shiny Eevee I will buy some TBT bells with my in game bells and trade for your Eevee.. money is NOT an issue.

I'm not sure what the rate of TBT bells is atm I'm seeing a lot of 900k-100TBT so that is what I'll match
