Shep is moving in tomorrow and I want to TT him out. I don't really want him in my new town so I can reserve it for anyone.

Since he's not that popular I will give him for 500k or parts of the rococo set. If no one takes him I'll give him away for free, you have until he says he wants to move out to take him.
