Trading Shep the Smug Dog (still available)

I've got Shep in boxes, and before I voided him, figured that I would see if anyone wants him.
He's not original (except for his catch phrase and greeting), though I believe he still has a couple pieces of original furniture in his house.

The thread will close at 5pm EST or when he's adopted.

I'm looking for one (or more, if you're feeling generous) of the following to trade for him:
-Beach Table
-Cabana Wall
-Firefly Lamp
-Office Wall
-Snail Clock
-Spiderweb Clock
-Tropical Vista


-The first person to post with an acceptable offer (as in, one of the above items) will get him. Please do not offer anything not on the list.

-You MUST have a space open in your town before posting to claim him.

-Don't post if you plan on going offline soon; in other words, only offer if you can pick him up soon.

-Standard visiting rules apply; please do not run off. When you arrive, drop the item at the train station and then I'll lead you to Shep's house. After you get him, I'll end the session.

...no, for multiple reasons.

One, I said right off the bat not to offer anything not on the trading list; this is trading, not selling.

Two......I hope that number was a typo or a joke, because I've seen tier 5 villagers go for more than 2k IG bells.
If you plan on offering IG bells for villagers in the future, especially popular ones, you might want to add about three zeros to that figure.
