Shari won't move out??

I've been trying to get Shari to move out..the first time she was going to and I talked to her and she asked me if it's ok to move on the 7th of the month. There were 2 options: 1) Please stay! and 2) Who are you?

I chose the second one, and then she actually stayed -_-. She said she can't leave with me not even knowing who she is....I'm so confused.

Now, Shari wants to leave again and I'm faced with the same 2 options. Which one do I choose to get her to leave?

if she stays just reset and ignore her/try again

Choose "Who are you?"
If she stays, exit without saving and go back in. She'll ping again and ask to move.
Don't talk to her until she's in boxes, or else she still had the chance of staying if she mentions her move.

I chose the second one and she chose to leave this time, thank god XD

Be sure not to talk to her until she is in boxes, she might ask you again.

But yeah, the choices are all pretty obvious, though sometimes the game pulls a Hobson's choice without telling you.
