Here's my list of residents with their move-in and move-out dates. (No one's replaced Chadder yet even though it's been six days and I'm getting very impatient :P)

EDIT: huh, Fauna's missing. I think she came to my island sometime between Soleil and Raddle.

thankfully i have all my dreamies, so my list won't be getting any longer ^^

I started off with Katt and Flip. My first 10 (including Katt and Flip) were Roald, Shep, Peaches, Al, Felicity, Elvis, Bitty and Cube. New Horizon is my first AC game so I didn't have any attachments to any villagers yet so I just invited the first 10 I met at mystery islands.
Gotta say having looked into all the animals online, I got pretty lucky: Roald is def best penguin, and Shep is best doggo for sure.
After my roster was full, Fauna rocked up at my campsite and she replaced Bitty. Bitty was my least favourite, I'm not a fan of snootys or her design so was so happy to see her go (I gotta say I do miss being mean to her with pitfall seeds and nets tho).
Cube left next, and Timbra moved in without my permission. She was my Bitty 2.0, I hated her so much. When Timbra finally left Celia moved in. Coco rocked up at my campsite and replaced Celia.
Peaches and Flip left, and I found Fang and Bam on mystery islands (again I wasn't searching for anyone they were jsut who I found first (but lucky again coz best wolf and best deer imo).
Elvis left for Pecan. Al left next, and Quilson moved in without my permission. I instantly didn't like his design, and knew he was going to be my Bitty 3.0.
After this a coworker gave me a whole stack of amiibo cards, and gave me the idea of doing an all cats island coz i'm a bit of a crazy cat person irl.
So long story short with amiibos I got: Punchy, Bob, Kabuki, Ahnka, Lolly, Rudy, Katt, Kiki, Tangy and Rosie.
Then a friend gave my Raymond, so I replaced Ahnka (I has snake phobia, and well snootys are the worst imo).
I might replace a few with some of my past villagers one day, coz there's so many I liked along the way haha.

Tomorrow will be the first time a villager moves out of my island! Quillson was my first smug camper and he's finally asked to leave. Here's my very short history:
Scoot (starter, permanent)
Ursala (starter, permanent)

Quillson (forced camper/smug, moving out tomorrow!)

Oooh. Thanks for giving me the inspiration to jog my memory on basic Excel. It may be necessary for future jobs.
The orange color (which seems inconsistent if anyone reads it) indicates they were the original three that followed the starters.
Details that the spreadsheet misses out on:
Apollo came quite a while before Fang. Vivian came at least a week before Colton. Hippeux moved in right on the last day of the timeframe he is in.

Wow, all of you have really been keeping track! I only know my starter 10 were Buck, Agnes, Pompom, Nana, Derwin, Sprinkle, Harry, Tex, June and Aurora. Since then, Agnes, Sprinkle, Harry, Tex and June have moved out in favour of Fauna, Peanut, Agent S, Whitney and Deirdre. In the meantine, I had Baabara for a few days, but she asked to move veeeery quickly for some reason.
I've been playing every day since release but only three villagers have moved out.
- Agnes and Billy moved to the island with me
- Cookie, Lucky, and Nana moved in randomly (didn't see anyone good on the islands)
- Curlos moved in from the campsite
- Curlos moved out by choice
- Anabelle, Kiki, Gloria and Hamphrey moved in from islands
- Lucky moved out by choice
- Ankha moved in from an island
- Marshal moved in by amiibo
- Nana got kicked out by Marshal
This probably isn't in order lol and it's super long. I wish I had a proper timeline since I love using excel but this is close enough!

I love your chart! You have a lot of my favorites too (Vivian, Aurora, Beau, Zucker, Cherry, Colton, and Cheri).
Vivian is my favorite!
I really wish I didn't have to kick out Aurora to get her, though. =( It's just that I had Aurora in the past on the GCN Animal Crossing, and Bea (another Normal personality villager) was new to me and I thought I should keep her instead of relying on my old favorites.
I teared up when Aurora moved. Even though Vivian is my favorite villager, I wanted to keep Aurora.

I don't the have the exact dates but I have rough idea of it. I have been playing since launch March 20th but I didn't have anyone move until end of April. I will list them in the order of I got them. *=moved away
*Muffy - One of my starters and the 2nd islander to move out. I enjoyed muffy but I was okay in letting her go.
Ribbot- My other starter. At first I didn't like them but they are growing me on.
Dizzy - My first mystery islander and my one of my favorite villagers <3 I love elephants
Flora - My second mystery islander, I enjoy her, The first gift from her to me was a Mr. Flamingo lol
Rhonda - My third mystery islander, I like her but I am not as attached as I thought I would be. Mostly invited her to my island because she moved out of my NL town without me knowing until afterward. So yea that would round out my first 5 islanders.
*Lucha- The forced camper, I learned to appreciate him but was fine with letting him go, making him the 3rd move out. He seems more like jock then a smug
*Eugene- I got tired of island hopping so settled on him. I don't have any strong feels for or against him. He was my first official move out but not the first to ask to move xD(I wasn't ready to let go the others yet)
Eloise - I normally try to have all different kind of species but i haven't come across many snooty, I can make exception for elephants
Hugh - I think he is an adorable piggy
Murphy- He is also adorable, He would be my 10th islander and him being cranky the last personality I needed(I tend to like to have all personalities)
Nan- add to the adorable list, moved into Eugene's spot
Bianca - While island hopping I thought she seemed cool, moved into Muffy's spot. The start of not having all the personalities

I wanted to post on this thread when I first saw it a couple days ago, but I was too busy to map out my history at the time. Today I got around to it.
Island will likely remain a revolving door for some time to come - preferred roster is 50% complete at best. This was fun to make, so I'm going to keep working on it as things change further.

Fuchsia & Rod were my starters, and I'm keeping both for sentimentality but bc I'm gonna refresh their houses and Rod asked to leave he isn't actually on my island rn. I didn't bother noting when he left since I'm bringing him back
