You use excel to track your island history? I use screenshots to do just that so I know the significant things I done. It comes at the cost of having to scroll through them a long time, though lol.

I want Frita out. Today, I time traveled to shift who had the thought bubble, and Frita never had it once. I guess I'll try again tomorrow...
It's really easy to keep up with, I only edit it twice a month.
I've wanted her gone for the longest time. When Renee offered to take her place, I couldn't pass it up.
i don't remember exact dates (i have the screenshots somewhere though!) but i started with rowan and mira, then gayle moved in, then joey, and finally wendy. my campsite smug was eugene. those were my first six!
then, i invited a bunch of villagers through amiibo or adopting from other islands (i didn't know island hopping was so fun lol so i missed out on being able to hop whenever i wanted by putting a plot down whenever i want). i think i tried to invite dobie first, but i didn't know amiibo villagers took three days to move in, so i put a plot down on the first day i invited dobie and hARRY took it. eventually i got dobie, marina, and coco.
rowan asked to move out first, but i told him no bc i was so attached (one of my first villagers!!!), and eventually when mira asked to leave, i invited maddie to live on my island. harry was replaced by marshal bc... of course... just look at harry. when marina asked to leave, sherb took her plot. and when eugene asked to go, maple moved in! just a couple days ago, wendy asked to leave, and deirdre is moving in right now!

My originals were Cobb and Paula. Then I got Egbert from mystery island. The 3 plot move ins were Patty,Skye and Roald. Forced camper was Colton. Then I got Beau from an island and Purrl and Walt were random move ins. Skye was the first to leave replaced by camper Raymond. I kicked Colton out asap by inviting another camper, Ellie to move in. Purrl was next to leave replaced by a voided Boone from Viruland and now Paula is leaving tomorrow.
update: paula moved out and i got molly on a mystery island, woohoo!

Started with Diva and tank
Then placed first three houses and invited apple, Drago and flurry.
Jacques was my first camper and I must’ve placed another house around the same time cuz Hamphrey randomly moved in
Then i placed the last three houses and invited robin, bangle and Melba( can’t remember the order)
Jacques asked to move so I let him. Found Whitney (love her)
Took forever but I finally got another camper Zell. Needed a smug so I asked him to stay and Apple moved.

In the name of the Moon, Indeedaroo!
Started with Dom and Phoebe. Then I added Zucker, Sprinkle, and Lucy. Then I moved in Hans from the campsite. Then Murphy, Merry, Cole, Hazel. Phoebe goes into boxes tomorrow, and then I plan to move Cleo in. After Cleo is in, I plan to replace Hans with Henry. Then I should be done. I usually go for a set of permanent dreamies. This game has already made me change my mind about my dreamies more than I usually do. So anyways, this is the past/present/and assumed future of my island!
This is in order of my present and past villagers:
Tammy (starter) - permanent villager
Jay (starter) - permanent villager
Hippeux (first camper) - moved out today finally
Stella - from island hopping, permanent villager, since day 3
Flora - permanent villager, from selling a plot of land, since day 4
Mallary (void from another island) - moved out, since day 5
Tybalt - from island hopping, took Mallary's place
Skye - got her from a giveaway, permanent villager
Leopold - got from the void; moved out
Raymond - from island hopping, traded for Audie
Audie - permanent villager, got from a trade ^
Tex - replaced Leopold's spot; trying to move him out and hopefully get Sherb
Wendy - from island hopping, might replace her since I have her in acnl but she's a cutie ;-;

Current villagers (in order of first appearance): Pierce, Dobie, Bunnie, Mint, Tangy, Marina, Ursula, Quillson, Opal, Marcel.
Natural move-out: Pashmina, Paula, and Sherb.
Replaced by campsite villagers: Friga, Felicity, and Celia.
Replaced by Amiibo villager: Leopold
UPDATES: Pierce replaced by Stitches who was in the campsite. Dobie replaced by Merengue, an amiibo card use. And Bunnie is leaving, replaced by Tammi who was in the campsite. I had all their framed pictures and want as many villagers to experience as possible

I wish I did something like this. At this point I don't plan on letting anyone else come and go for the rest of the year.
What happened to the ones before this group? Let's just say you shouldn't adventure too far into the northwest part of my island.

- Kyle, moved out because Kid Cat picked him while camping and didn't know I could reset
- Poncho, asked to leave
- Annabelle, the only one I've been no holds barred delighted about (sry girl, maybe if we met at a different time)
- Megan, asked to leave
- Ozzie, moved out by Bettina
- Tasha, just asked to leave
