yo!
i recently deleted one of my side characters and remade him right after because the location of his house was bugging me, and now i have kind of a problem. i change his hair almost every day, but harriet just wont offer to change his eye color. does the side character have to live in the town for 14 days to get the color contacts, mimicing the '14 days must have passed since it opened' thing? or am i just doing something wrong?

yeah i think you need to have it open for 7 or 14 days for color contacts. idk about the living in the town for that many days though thats weird

I'm having the exact same issue. and I deleted my character for the exact same reason xD their house placements were just.. bad. Hoping this works out for both of us

Not sure on this one but I think the 14 days are since you've gotten your hair cut. I could be wrong though since I don't use the contacts option that often and I mostly use my side characters to hold patterns for me.

well, i'm not sure what it was either, but i unlocked the color contacts for him just a few minutes ago, so my 'problem' is solved!
