Well, I need all the items laying around my town cleaned up/sold.. whatever you want with them. I'd like all non-fruit trees chopped down. All non-hybrid flowers gotten rid of. I have a trashcan for the spoiled turnips in my home to be thrown out. The fruit trees that aren't at the top of my town moved from the bottom to top. Uhh.. It's a lot, I would probably pay you 750k, unless you feel you need more. I can provide all gold tools as well.

Quick question though; What time zone are you in? It's just that I'm GMT+0, it's just past 1am for me now so I'll probably be going to sleep soon.. Any time after 1pm tomorrow would work for me, if tomorrow is okay for you?
