Several same villager types= several PWPs of that type?

This is probably a dumb question but let's say I have 2 peppy types, will that increase the likelihood of one of them requesting the fairytale bridge? It does make sense in a math sort of way, but I've heard that it's completely random so...
Hopefully it increases the odds because Ruby won't request the fairytale bridge

I think so. I have 3 normals in my town and it's helped me get some of the Fairytale projects suggested.

I have 3 normals as well and only two have requested fairytale pwps. Chevre always pings me<3 Well I guess I need to find myself another peppy!
