1) Speed Boost Blaziken- I was once somehow beating someone and he sent out a speed boost Blaziken and wiped out my team
2) Probopass- I really get annoyed at the fact that it has sturdy. Everytime I attack it Wilkstrom uses a full restore on it.
3) Chansey/Blissey- I once fought one that used minimize a lot and I could not hit it. It was able to wipe my entire team.

Unorderables would be great.

In my experience with Wi-Fi battles, here are some of the ones I hate to see...
Darkrai- Don't even get me started. As someone who likes triple and double battles, Darkrai is one of the most annoying Pokemon ever. EVERY SINGLE TIME I BATTLE ONE, they use Dark Void and make all my Pokemon fall asleep. And then they have that ability that drains health while Pokemon are asleep, and THEN they use nightmare. I even taught one of my Pokemon Electric Terrain just for Wi-Fi battles. I hate them so much.
Mega Mewtwo- Haven't seen it as much as I've seen Darkrai, but it's still annoying. I've vowed to never use my Mewtwo in a Wi-Fi battle.
Yveltal- Since anyone who has Y can easily get Yveltal, I see it all the time. It's not as hard to beat as Darkrai or Mega Mewtwo, though.
Personally, I don't like to use legendaries in Wi-Fi battles so I just get angry when I see teams made up of mostly/all legendaries. ;A;
And unorderables would be pretty cool~

I always had trouble fighting snorlax in game because his earthquake hurt so much
Same thing with Wiscash and magnitude
And Dugtrio/Diglett OTL WHAT POKEMON WAS I EVEN FACING THEM WITH OTL These are just my memories of playing Leafgreen/Pearl LOL

Unorderables and hybrid giveaways will probably do well, since those are hard to get ^^

1. Rotom, any of them, is always EXTREMELY annoying (mainly cause i can never remember which damage is good against which lol).
2. Trapper Goodras with hydration / rest are always a pain too :/

I don't do competitive battling, so I'll list my experiences with Wild Pokemon. Trainer Pokemon usually do not pose a problem, as I tend to keep a well-balanced team with even levels.

1. Zubat: Because, well, it's Zubat. Caves are full of them...I stock a ton of Repels JUST FOR THEM.
2. Abra: They just teleport away, even when I am trying to catch one early on for my team. So annoying.
3. Poochyena: Ruby/Sapphire was so full of them, same as #1, I stocked Repels just for them.
