Not that weird.
For the US, S1 came out September, S2 came out January (~3 month gap), S3 comes out March (~2 month gap), S4 comes out June (~3 month gap) so it's not anything they haven't already been doing.
UK is different tho cause S1-S2 was like a month and a half, then S2-S3 is like 4 months.

If you wanna get technical, it's actually PAL region b/cos Australia counts too because it has same release date as Europe but isn't in EU

1. September to October
2. October to November
3. November to December

I think the Europe releases have been within one or two weeks following that of the United States. (I'm not entirely certain.)
