Question:

Can someone move into the town if someone is planning to move out in a few days? D:
(Open slots though; I only have 9 villagers right now)

I don't think so, but if they do move in it's only because you've been talking to villagers from other villages or you streetpassed someone. As far as I know though if someone is moving out nobody can move in until they leave.

Yeah, I've had move-ins and move-outs criss-cross while I've been cycling. As long as there's an empty spot, someone can move in, regardless of what the others are doing. ^_^
