Buying Serene Painting

Looking to buy a Serene Painting.
I'd like to go no more than 250k - 300k, if that's cool.

I'll be around today, but after that I'm gonna be abroad and I don't know if I'll be able to hook my 3DS up to WiFi. Kind of a last minute sprint to finish the museum (I like to be optimistic, but Redd's probably not gonna throw these two in his stock so nicely, even after about a year (?､?) ).
