Then when she asks you how she did as a goddess, answer halfway to "No!"

This will not make mad, but sad and she will either give you a Gold or Silver Axe.

Other times she won't, so it's purely based on luck and karma.

Yeah, about a week after donating 500k, I came out of my house and the fountain was there.
