Selling September Birthstone

I bought this intending to collect all the birthstones and obviously I failed, so I figured why not get rid of it for some bells?
I don't know what a good price for it is, so please try to be reasonable when offering.

Is 350 TBT an appropriate offer? Topaz is my birthstone and I love it! I can add some Island rare pieces to sweeten the deal (I have the island kitchen and a Sanshin for example)
