Just wondering, how long has Freya been in your town? I adopted Freya from someone else's town a while back and most of the furniture in her house was gone. She literally had like 5 items. I'd prefer her to be fairly original this time.

Freya is like 90% original I think. I'm unsure of this but she MIGHT of changed one small thing in her house I haven't checked in a while, but her house certainly doesn't look bad. Also her shirt is the like blue white ombre thing I forgot what it's called haha. But yeah she may be more original than that if she didn't change something in her house, so I'm saying 90% to be safe lol

oh and have you cycled 16 villagers yet? in order to get Freya back you need to cycle through at least 16 villagers for her to be able to move back into your town because the game "memorizes" the last 16 villagers that have moved out of your town

Yes, but one little thing real quick; I happened to pick up Skye the other day which puts me at 10 villagers so I may need to TT to remove Rudy's house after you invite him, just to make sure it will work.
