Trading Selling my town

I'm selling my town to nook and starting again...I'm super picky so Im afraid if I get the wrong fruit or I don't like the maps I'll immediately want to recreate again and lose all my bells. Could I trust someone with 2 blue roses, a Celeste ribbon and my bells please?
I'll give you TBT or IGB or whatever you want. I've the entire princess series too and Sanrio, thanks
I'd be free to do this trade at at 9PM GMT tomorrow

I'm gonna let you in on a little trick that not many people know about. When you arrive in your newly created town. Get off the train and make sure you walk around the whole town to make sure you have the fruit you want. If not than hit the Home button and start again. Doing this will keep your current save file intact for the time being and you'll save you lots of minutes from being wasted.

If you're not finished looking for the fruit and town layout you want than please do not go to the point where you plant the big sapling tree at the Plaza! The game will automatically save!
