Nothing. It's just another form of 'cheating'.

I have a duped 7-11 set. 0 regrets, since there's basically no way to get it...

There's no difference at all; I personally don't mind duping, some individuals use it to help others get sets or items that poorer users wouldn't be able to afford. Only time it bugs me slightly is when dupers put offers on dream villagers of 'lockers full of crowns' that are obvious dupes and take the villagers away from people who earnt the bells through turnips/beetles/general game play.

Time traveling is a form of "cheating" in this game, yet probably half the forum does it. As long as I get the set, I really don't care if it's duped or not.

If I knew how I would certainly dupe my 7-11 and sloppy stuff and sell them for cheap, but eh.

I honestly dont know. A mod told me it 'ruins the economy' which i semi-agree on, but i dont really care cause i dont dupe unless its with my irl friends. xD
