I've seen a lot In auctions go for more than 1million so personally I think 500k Is a fair and good price.

Well that person sold at extortion prices then. I think it's ridiculous to charge that much for anything other than items like the treasure chest, crowns etc.

It depends on which site you wish to sell on, on gamefaqs people will auction them for prices up to 1.5M - 2M. Here the prices are much more reasonable ~

A lot of things go for ridiculous prices, but as long as people are willing to buy, it'll get sold. Just look at the sloppy set: individual pieces go for at least a million bells regularly.
