From what I recall is that about a year ago they decided it was ok to sell items for BTB in either section

^that's not true i'm sure because i've watched every thread in here thats specifically asking for btb get moved.
i think its alright if you're saying you'll accept either currency but when asking specifcally for btb it should be in that marketplace
