These are what you can ask for:

Avatars:
->Advanced avatar resizing
->Avatar edits

Signatures:
->Resizing

Applicable to all:
->Image shape change.
->Mayor edits

Advanced avatar resizing: 10 TBT

So say you see a really nice picture that you want to make your avatar:

Same as advanced avatar resizing.

I can edit an image to become one of the following shapes:
->Heart
->Clover
->Circle
->Oval (can't be applied on square images)
->Bird

Mayor edits

->The beams can also be rainbow.

Color splash 20 TBT

In this everything will be b/w except for a certain part(s) (in this care, her hair and outfit)
