I've got two towns so if I'm hosting a sale/trade it could be at Terrim or Ramswood. This will depend mostly on which town has the item(s) or Bells. Do's and Don't's (aka rules) are the same for both towns.
Once I get my lists up feel free to ask about items even if they aren't on the list. My mother and daughter and several of my friends play ACNL. I can't promise I'll be able to find unorderable items but finding orderable items shouldn't be hard.
General things:
♢My internet sometimes drops so feel free to request saving if you will stay longer then the time it takes to drop and pick up items/Bells.
♢Rules will be added and/or updated as needed. I will make it clear what rules are new.
♢Don't run.
♢I'm willing to look up turnip prices and premium deals at Re-Tail.
♢I'm always looking for premium prices for perfect pears and perfect peaches if they are not your native fruit.
♢If there is time I'm willing to take an island trip. I'm horrible at the diving tours.
♢Don't ask about buying, trading or having villagers. When I have a villager to home I'll post a thread in the villager forum.
Rules for trading and selling:
♢Only enter my towns if I am expecting you. If you see my gate open and want to come over then PM me to be be sure it's a good time.
♢For buying, selling and trading all transactions will happen outside the train station. Drop your Bells or item(s) before picking up my side of the transaction.
♢(added 4/12/14 @ 7:42pm) Unless an item is specified as an auction then all orders are first come first served.
♢(added 4/12/14 @ 7:42pm) All auctions will have additional rules posted with them in the "Auction" section.
♢Exact change only for purchases made in Bells. It's not expected but if you choose to tip please let me know to avoid confusion.
♢Only one person over at a time to avoid confusion or mistakes.

♢If you wish to stay for visiting purposes please let me know before you come over. If I have time then I'll save after the transaction. If I'm unable to allow a visit after I can schedule a time for you to come over, with or with out postponing the transaction depending on what suits you best.
♢If one or both parties are unable to get online when the trade/sale is agreed on I will hold the item(s)/Bells for a maximum of 7 days before putting them back into circulation.
♢Sales don't have to be in Bells only, I'm willing to take items from my want list as part or all of the trade.
Other rules:
♢Do talk to my villagers. If a villager is in boxes do not talk to them.
♢Don't mistreat or harass my villagers. Including but not limited to; hitting them with tools, pushing them, talking to them to the point of irritation.
♢Don't harvest perfect fruit without asking. Maximum of 9 perfect fruits. If a tree dies leave the fruit and go to the next.
♢Do harvest my other fruits. But please don't be greedy, keep it to one of each tree.
♢Do go fishing and bug catching.
♢Don't chop down trees or dead trees or dig up bushes, tree stumps or flowers. If you harvest a perfect tree and it dies leave it be and harvest the next one.
♢Don't pick up items not in your order with out my permission.
♢Do visit my player homes.
♢Do ask before you drop trash. I want full 100% of everything. If I don't want it then Luria, Yaneci, Cyserno, Maelur and Melunha have trash cans in their houses.
♢Do take flowers off my beach.
♢Don't take flowers from anywhere else unless you get my permission.
♢Don't dig anything up. If you want it ask me to dig it up. Cracks like to spawn close to my bushes and I'd rather be the one to blame for accidental bush or flower removal.
♢Do hit rocks.
♢Do shake non-fruit trees.
♢Do help yourself to my shops and Re-Tail.
