The quick version of my rules: this is a hybrid cycling / selling thread; I'm cycling, but I'm willing to be swayed by bells, items, or trades.
Sometimes my boyfriend also cycles out villagers. I'll note when it's one of his.

This is usually a quick cycling thread.
I will be cycling until someone pings me, then post. I will not autovoid anyone, as I know what a pain it is when you're looking for a low tier villager and they keep disappearing. However, I will only wait 10-15 minutes before cycling again, so if you see me post something you want please ask for it.
If I'm going to stop cycling for a while, I'll mark the thread as offline.
This is not an entirely non-profit thread.
You are free to simply request a villager, and you're free to make offers on them. If you're asking for free I prefer some kind of dreamie proof. If you're making a payment offer I don't require any kind of proof, but it may sway my opinion in your favor. Payment ISN'T a requirement, but it may help your chances of higher tier villagers. Then again, it may not. I'm enigmatic like that.
tl;dr: Make an offer of money / items if you think it'll help.
If you pay for a villager, I expect you to drop payment before you go to their house.
If you don't agree, don't make an offer. It's very simple. If you run off anywhere outside of the path in front of the train station, I will immediately disconnect and not do any trades / gifting with you again. I have been burnt plenty of times with scammers in other games / sites and I'm not doing it here.
I reserve the right to sell / auction / raffle / give away any villagers.
I haven't been playing long, I'm still poor as dirt, and there's a good chance if I get Marshal in my town, I'm going to want to sell him. ;p Basically, I am under no obligation to give up all villagers for free!
Dreamie trading takes precedence.
I'm looking for dreamies for myself and my boyfriend. If you have one of our dreamies then I'm more than willing to trade villagers over anything else (unless I decide to auction), though the rule of me going first still applies. Mine are in my sig; he's missing Ruby, Static, Ankha, Genji, Zucker, and Lolly.
