Selling all my TBT / looking to buy golden axe

Hello, I haven't been on here in ages but I recently got into ACNL again and I would like to sell my TBT for in game bells and to possible buy a golden axe with the bells as well. What is the current TBT to bells ratio? Also anyone have a golden axe for sale?

I remember it used to be like 2mil for a 100tbt. Is there a new method to transfer the bells or is it still the same thing of setting up stuff at retail?
