OP also sells this adopt. Whether they may trade or not, they can ask the artist.
I asked them because I find it wrong to resell/trade without knowing the rules. Just because the rules cannot be found it does not mean you can go ahead and do as you please. I wouldn't be pleased if someone did that to an adopt I have given away for free.

Wait, found a contradiction. You said that they had deleted their page and you didn't know where they were/what the rules were. However, you bought Tsu from Wyverei after the name change and their adopt T&Cs were there.
