never tried the retail method and i'm assuming it would be a lot easier with this amount of bells. do i just put something for sale in retail for that amount and you buy it?

Exactly ^^ You can put something up like, a flower for 999,999 bells, and I'll buy it. The bells should be in your bank account the following day. I can drop the items back on the floor, too. :]
