Scratched my 3ds xl

The only thing you can really do is be more careful in the future. There isn't really anything you can do about a scratched screen other than having the screen replaced entirely.



Maybe have a look if Nintendo will fix it via their website.

The damage is already done so there's nothing you can do except replace the screen. You could apply screen protector to prevent more damage though.
