Scoot as a starter

Hello!

I just got the game yesterday, and I have been restarting since I got trying to get Scoot as a starter.

Anyone that has him, what were your choices (hemisphere, gender, map, thing) to see if I can also get him right from the start?

I don't think any of that will affect whether you get Scoot or not, but I did get him right from the start (alongside Agnes).

My choices were:

• Northern hemisphere
• Male
• Either map choice #3 or #4 (I can't recall, but I'm pretty sure they're always random, so that doesn't really help much; pier's on the right, Resident Services is right above the airport, and both the airport and water plane are green)
• "Something to kill time."
