Okinawa is now up an running for Cycling as all my dreamies have been relocated to Kyoto. I will be running things a little differently so please read the rules~​

These rules are fairly different than a normal Cycling thread so Follow carefully:

• I only cycle depending on how many villagers are being lurked for.
  [*]I will take 3 Lurkers per villager
  [*]The first lurker will get the first 'Cookie' and if she appears again the second person to lurk her will get her ect
  [*] As my lurking rule are fairly different, ONE person can only lurk TWO villagers
  [*]All villagers are 15-20TBT
  I work around a policy that every villager is a dreamie to someone so they are all worth something to someone.
  [*]I will cycle rather quickly, any villager not being lurked will be voided.
  [*]If a villager is being lurked, first lurker gets 24 hours to reply before it goes to next lurker.
  [*]If a lurker misses out they can be put back on the list so long as there is less than 3 lurkers, if not the will have to wait.
  [*]If you ask to lurk for a villager with 3 lurkers already on him/her, you will be told to wait, if you do it repeatedly without reading or checking rules I will refuse your lurk permently.
  [*]In the case that a villager isn't original, lurker will be informed an allowed to make a choice on adoption, if they wish to not adopt it will go to next lurker until he/she has a home (lurkers who are faced with unoriginal adoption will stay on lurker list)
  [*]I expect TBT to be sent upon arrival at my town
  [*]And a rule most cycling threads have, stay in my sight when collecting your villager.
  

All that sounds rather strick but I am running a provision service and want it to run fairly smoothly to be able to provide everyone with their dream villagers. There is no worry at the start I will not start randomly voiding villagers, as again my policy states, I will wait for a fair amount of lurkers first before cycling. I am fairly flexable to people who wish to lurk and don't particularly understand how I am running things, so I will try to help everyone I can :3 I will post current villagers just incase anyones currious, unoriginals will be marked with an *.​
