Okinawa is now up an running for Cycling as all my dreamies have been relocated to Kyoto. This is a little different than normal cycling so please read the rules~
Rules:
I only cycle depending on how many villagers are being lurked for.
I will take 3 Lurkers per villager.
The first lurker for a villager is guaranteed to get him/her when they appear
if she appears again the second person to lurk him/her gets her ect...
ONE person can only lurk TWO villagers.
Villagers without lurkers will be auto-voided, so please lurk as much as you want.
If a villager is being lurked, first lurker gets 24 hours to reply before it goes to next lurker.
Lurkers can ask to be put back on the list so long as there isn't 3 lurking that villager.
If you ask to lurk for a villager with 3 lurkers already on him/her, you will be told to wait,
if you do it repeatedly without reading or checking rules I will refuse your lurk permently.
The same goes if you ask to lurk for more than 2 villagers constantly.
And a rule most cycling threads have, stay in my sight when collecting your villager.
Price:
All villagers are 20TBT
I believe that every villager is a dreamie to someone
so they are all worth something.
I expect TBT to be sent upon arrival at my town. (if not before)
Originality:
Villagers should always be assumed to be 100% original, if that doesn't happen to be
the case for one villager, the lurker will be informed personally and allowed to make a
choice on adoption, if they choose not to adopt it will go to next lurker or voided
(depending on if no one else wants). Lurkers who are faced with unoriginal adoption
and choose not to adopt can stay on the list.

All that sounds rather strick but I am running a provision service and want it to run fairly smoothly to be able to provide everyone with their dream villagers. I am fairly flexable to people who wish to lurk and don't particularly understand how I am running things, so I will try to help everyone I can :3 I will post current villagers just incase anyones currious, unoriginals will be marked with an *.
