Saving QR Code Designs

Hey guys!

So I'm relatively new to Animal Crossing, and have a question regarding QR Codes. I have been using them lately and have filled up my 10 pattern slots. I have laid out a cute path in my town and needed to use up 4 of those slots. The other six are designs for dresses and a sign or two.

I wanted to copy a QR code for something else and mistakenly used up one of the slots I had for my path design, and now the path in my town is messed up. I didn't realise that changing the design where the QR codes save to will change where ever I have put that design (eg paths or outfits).

Is there any way I can save QR Code designs outside of the 10 slots? It's really frustrating :(

Ugh this was way hard to explain, haha!

Talk to the blue Able Sisters hedgehog, ask to "save a pattern", she'll show you a whole new closetful of storage space solely reserved for patterns. Drag and drop anything into there to keep it.
