Onision sums it up pretty well, Youtube is being destroyed. I was unhappy with the new layout from the start, but Youtube actually deleting subcribers is going too far. Watch the video and support it.

I don't see the problem. Even if they had those dead subscribers, the accounts still wouldn't watch their videos. I find it funny how they all care about their subscriber count.

The real problem is that valid subscribers are being deleted. He says in the first minute of the video that some of the deleted accounts were active and that the view count has gone down. So...they don't just care about subscribers.
It's happened to me. For some reason, youtube just canceled some of my subscriptions, even though I'm active on yobe.

Well, if they're real fans of the youtube user, then they'll know that they've be unsubscribed and just sub again. Also, he said that Shane Dawson lost like 20,000 subs. Doesn't he have like over 2 million now? That is such a little number man. Should be so much more.

I thought 141 was a lot... But I agree. When you have so many subscribtions, you either forget you're subscribed (mostly to the smaller channels) or new videos are even lost in pages of newer videos, so you won't even know they're there. It's hard to keep track.

That is part of it, but think about the youtubers that make a living by youtube. There are some people milking youtube for money, but Charlieissocoollike, Smosh, and other youtubers only make youtube videos. That is their job. If they don't make enough money, they stop, which means we loose a channel that we enjoyed watching. Wouldn't you be at least a bit upset if your favorite youtuber stopped making videos?

He was wayyyy over-reactive. If smosh/any famous YTer loses 100,000k subs they will still make videos for the other 900,000+ they still have.
