Buying Saplings and black cosmos

I'm working on my town and need some saplings (I need 7, but I can go with just a few for now). And I'm looking for black cosmos since it's the only hybrids I don't have in my town. Reasonable prices please

If you need normal tree saplings, you can just bury 1k bells on the ground using a golden shovel and it will grow into a tree
