Buying Sanrio outfit.

I'm not pretty sure what name this have, but is a yellow one with a black hat. I think it comes with a yellow cub bear in the new Sanrio Cards.

I'm paying IGB, so please, if you know what is the outfit that i'm talking about PM please cause i'm interested in buy the whole outfit.
