So Chief and Octavian have both told me that Agent S is thinking about moving, but she hasn't pinged me or brought it up.
I really dont want to lose her so what should I do? Just wait around?

This has happened to me before. Save and quit, then start the game up again. Try your best to run straight to Agent S so she can be the first to ping you.

Agent S seems like a villager with high friendship, so she should definitely ping you at some point.

If you have a wet suit, you can also do the Diving Trick. But, saving and quit is the easiest way.

villagers wont ping you right away if theyre thinking of moving. sometimes it requires you to start your game up at a second time. they wont ping you too if you're not on talking terms with them.
