Rumor about villager moving, but no ping!

Woah, thank you! Ugh, why did it have to Shamrock Day T-T Now I can't TT for hours later until the event is over. I'll have to TT the next day then? Will it be okay?

Hmm... It's never happened to me on a holiday. Sometimes it takes a while for them to ping you, maybe try on another character...? Also it takes five days after their 'announcement' to move to actually pack up, and I think around two days or so before they move they'll be in their house and say something like "Moving day is almost here, I'm going to miss everyone..." and you can either tell them to stay or leave (Just happened with Skye)

It should be fine to TT one day as long as this is the first day you're hearing rumors of your villager moving.

Or you could TT to after midnight. Most events end after midnight and I've noticed that Smugs are out at that time.
