I chose neither because I didn't know how to truly answer this. I'd like to get both games though although may end up getting AlphaSapphire because I had Ruby. I think you should get what you think is best for you or what appeals to you more to be honest.

I already pre ordered Sapphire. I chose that because the original Sapphire was my first Pokemon Game and I prefer Kyogre over Groudon. Aside from that, my brother is getting Ruby so of course I'll get the other version as it has been in the past years. It's also pretty cool to own both the Original and the Remake. I do plan to import a Japanese copy of Omega Ruby for my Japanese 3DS though. I've seriously been waiting for these games for about 4 years.

Ruby, mostly because I had the original Ruby.

And I've always preferred the subtle threat of the drought over that IN YO FACE rainstorm. Especially the creepy music. (Also this. Rain has nothing on that.)

I am going to get Omega Ruby because I have Saphire and Emerald on GBA. I also love Team Magma, they are my favorite Pokemon villain team. Though I think Team Aqua got the cooler costume redesign.

I'm getting the Dual Pack for Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, cause it will save me money. The games in the pack might cost the same as buying them separately, but you also have to account for tax and shipping. So I'd be saving about $10-15 in the long run.

I pre-ordered Alpha Sapphire, so... I guess I'll vote "neither" in the poll?

I have an affinity for water, so I would gladly take Team Aqua over Team Magma (pirates >>> uptight businessmen). For the same reason I like Kyogre better than Groudon.

I am getting Alpha Sapphire. But on the poll, it says "Omega, Ruby, or Neither." I don't know if it meant Omega Ruby vs. Ruby or Alpha Sapphire vs. Omega Ruby, but regardless, I like Kyogre more than Groudon. A giant whale, in my opinion, is more fun than a dinosaur.
So Alpha Sapphire trumps both Ruby and Omega Ruby (in my opinion)!

Since I'm getting both I voted for dual pack... Even though I'm not getting them as a dual pack...
