I blush and turn all the way around. "I'm going back to my office. Bye patient." I go back into the room and slam the door, sitting down at the desk and putting my head on it.

The smell become overwhelming and I have to get away from it, "uh, im just going somewhere. I will be right back" I mutter before getting up and leaving the room. Outside I try to take deep breathes
