Rosie's Plot won't show up!

I picked up Rosie while having Julian in boxes with 9 villagers. I was trading him for Poppy and had to TT to keep him in boxes but when I try the new character trick after going +1 days via 3ds clock, no plot is set up! So I went back to the current date with my mayor and no plot is still set up!
I paid all my bells and most of my TBT bells for her! I hope I didn't lose her...

Have they time traveled her out?

if there wasn't an error or something while you got rosie she should have come by now
it takes a lot of time but it's worth it to try tting one day each time and her plot should show up within maximum 10 days [that's how long it took me for someone to move in but ns if its same for when you got the villager from someone else and not the game]

Yes they have! I am awaiting my 1st PWP ceremony (campsite) is that holding the plot back?

Possibly, try traveling another day? This happened to me with Rooney, I TT'ed but they didn't get him out yet and I thought they did. So he never ended up moving in.

It doesn't matter if the other player TT'd her out yet, her data is already in the game. Were you at 9 villagers with Julian in boxes being the 9th? If so, TT one day ahead on the 3DS clock, look for her plot on a new character, if it's not there, place a house, save and quit. TT a day ahead again and look for her plot. Should be there this time.

Would the campsite somehow be delaying her plot? I'm doing the ceremony rn then I'll go forward another day.

It shouldn't as far as I know.

I'm trying going forward a day again? if I did indeed lose her I guess I'll just get Kiki in her stead...

Yeah try going forward a day again, if you want to plot reset her, use the 3DS clock.

Sometimes it can take a few days for their plot to show up. Just TT ahead a couple more days and see if it's there on a new character.

I did use the 3ds clock (i'm no stranger to plot resetting *war flashbacks to resetting Bob*) and i'm seeing rn if her plot shows up

Nah she's good, just keep resetting. Rooney #2 did that to me until he finally moved in a new spot.

Villagers sometimes stay in the same spot. Kyle kept putting his house where I want to put the lighthouse
