Rosie is on her way out of my cycling town.
And is on her way to becoming your potential dreamie!
To spice things up a bit I have added something to the rules of the raffle.

RULES

+ Qualifications of entry:
* MUST BE A DREAMIE. I, myself, will be looking for proof
* You must answer this question: What is my favorite food to eat?
* The CORRECT answer will have their names drawn in twice, a guess will have their names in once
* So even if your guess is wrong, it's okay you're still entered into the raffle
+ Once entry per person
+ You may enter for a friend, but not for yourself. IF you're friend is already entering then DO NOT ENTER for them.
+ HINT: the origin of the food is in one of these countries

**note: this raffle is also extended to Tumblr

the only time you cannot enter for a friend is when your friend is entering the raffle as well
