As for the pickup process here's what we'll do.

I'll add you and open my gates once you're ready. When you enter my town follow me from the train station to rosie's house.

Talk to her and confirm that she'll be moving in to your town. Once you've confirmed that she'll be moving in I'll take you to a vacant lot in my town where you can begin placing payment.

20 million is way more than you can carry at one time though, so just make trips from the post office to the lot until you've finished placing payment. Make sure to keep track of how much you've placed. I will have a count once i place it in my bank account, but for your benefit it's best that you keep track as well. Once payment has been confirmed i'll save and end the session. If you have any other questions or concerns then please let me know.
