I?d prefer Rosie over Lolly, because of her cute eyes and the nice blue colour.

I had a tough time deciding between Rosie and Lolly for my all cat town. I went with Rosie because I've had her in previous Animal Crossing games. I like Rosie's eyes better too; Lolly's eyes are very borderline between cute and creepy for me. Lolly's stripes are cute too, but I actually think that Moe has better looking stripes. It is a very close call though; I can see why people really like Lolly.

Rosie is so adorable! And she's peppy too! Which is nice since so many higher tier ladies are normal or snooty!

I would go for Lolly. I loved Rosie first but here constant overload of sweetness got very annoying after a while.

the main difference is personality. Rosie's peppy, Lolly's normal. I think they're both really cute in different ways (normals are very genuine and kind, peppy's are quite naive and bubbly) but I went with having Rosie in my town because a) I needed a peppy for variety and b) she's in the animal crossing movie lol

Ah. Didn't remember what Lolly's personality was, and usually when there's a thread asking between 2 villagers, they're the same personality.

Hopper, Alfonso, and Apollo were in the AC movie too, and you never hear about anyone wanting them, but I guess there's some reason for that
