She has every right to decide what she wants to do with her auctions. Unless you've given the money to her already, you haven't won anything and Luff can start her auction over if she wants.

I've just made an atm yesterday, so bells are really not a concern, it's the dishonesty. Lol guess the jokes on me, good luck to whoever bids, as much as I would pay a whole lot of bells for her, I rather trade with different op.

Yeah, that's the general idea.
I'm not saying it's not a crappy thing to do, because I completely believe that canceling an auction at the end is pretty crappy. But it is up to the person. Hope you can get your last dreamie from someone else.

On animalcommunity this behaviour would count as a "false trade" and would be moderated.
But whatever.
I'll just make a mental note to never engage in the future (trade, auction, etc) with this person.
And the topic creator is right: it's not "mean". Just purely dishonest.
Also, the outcome of this "trade" just confirms all of the above.
